We look for suitable lands, then we choose the most suitable options, then we analyze these lands with agricultural engineers to choose the best and safest land for the investor.
After registering the land in the name of the investor, the planning, design and engineering phase of the land begins.
Preparing the land includes treating the slopes and clearing the land of weeds, trees and rocks.
Cultivation of 20,000 lavender plants per 10,000 square meters of agricultural land (maximum).
In the second year, we work on preparing and establishing 20 beehives for every 10,000 square meters of agricultural land. We work in a unique way, as we transfer the beehives to several lands planted with several crops.

Since numerous local and foreign investors are buying lands in the area, the value of
land increases every year astronomically. In 2018- 2019 the value of the area
increased 20%, and 25% in 2019-2020.
Since the lands are owned by the investors, they can sell their lands at any time they
wish. If needed, we may also give assistance in reselling the land free-of- charge.
All the information provided about the project such as productivity, harvesting
period, sales price of the product, actual land values, development costs etc. are
supported by studies and historical numbers based on experience .Please
